Overall, our stay at Montana Blues Resort was a joyous and satisfying experience.
Staying at Montana Blues Resort by Snow City in Manali, which ranks second among the best hotels in the area, was an extraordinary experience that exceeded our expectations. Two days before our arrival, the hotel reached out to us, establishing a reassuring line of communication that persisted until we arrived. Despite a delayed check-in at around 3 AM due to traffic, the hotel staff maintained constant contact with us, ensuring our well-being during the journey and even expressing concern about our late dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff had thoughtfully arranged everything we needed at that hour, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Each morning, the staff inquired whether we had enjoyed the complimentary breakfast included with our rooms. This attentive service was a delightful touch. The staff at Montana Blues Resort were not only well-behaved but also friendly, adding a personal charm to our stay. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the mountains, enhancing the overall experience. The food service was exceptional, boasting a wide variety of choices. Impressively, every order was served within 10-15 minutes, reflecting their commitment to efficiency and guest satisfaction.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Given the location and temperature, providing room heaters and bedside rugs as standard amenities would be beneficial. Currently, room heaters are available but at an additional cost.
